My name is Humberto Hernandez, and I am the pastor of the Hispanic congregation. I was born on February 2, 1974, in Mexico City. I have been married for 24 years to Liliana Hernandez, and we have two children; Edson Jafet and Karla Anais Hernandez.

God has led us to the Primera Baptist Church, where I have grown spiritually under the leadership of Pastor Frank Ciprian, who was my pastor for 15 years. Here, we serve with joy to the Lord Jesus Christ, who in the year 1997 forgave all my sins and gave me a new opportunity to worship and serve Him. I was called to the pastoral ministry, and in the year 2011, I was ordained in this same church.

My family and I feel very privileged to belong to Primera Baptist Church for the last 20 years. My children have grown up here, and we have only received love and support from the congregation. I graduated from Golden Gate Seminary, with diplomas in Ministry and Advanced Theology.
